“Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! “What we booked is not what we got. From the beginning, there was either a lack of communication or straight up miscommunication with the host. We were given 3 addresses before being given one that didn’t match our booking at all. The host contact information was incorrect and it wasn’t until we were on the phone with support for an hour before we got in contact with someone. It wasn’t until then that we were given an “upgraded place” that still didn’t match the photos we had booked with. The……
