Don’t listen to most reviews, this place was a great stay! My dad, mom and I stayed here for 3 nights and the location was AMAZINGG!! The room itself was clean and cold during the hot weather. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was a very reasonable and affordable stay. We weren’t in the room much. The communal bathrooms were just fine. The only thing is that there are no extra towels/paper towels/tissues in the room (which became a lot more of a prevalent issue than you would think)! You could probably ask for some from the staff, though. Make sure you say hi to Ross the hotel cat!

Staff was kind and extremely friendly. Was able to check in a bit early. Housekeeping was very attentive and checked in if anything was needed. Truly nice hotel in a great area in Manhattan. Felt like home and truly recommend to all looking for an affordable place to stay in NY!

No elevator so be ready to walk but if ur in the city the walk up won’t make a difference. Very clean and nicely maintained.

The staff was fine, and the bathrooms were clean as they are public bathrooms, but they do not clean the sheets or bed. I have never had worse acne after my three day trip because they don’t clean the sheets probably after you leave as well. The air-conditioning in our room also wasn’t able to be changed and it didn’t seem like it was getting any cooler.

I thought it was very good for the price. I got a room with shared bathroom (which was the only reason for the cleanliness not being 5/5) but it still had sink, microwave, and fridge in the room which was not too cramped considering the location. Premium location just a few feet away from the subway. Staff went above and beyond for me. Back patio was also nice to have.

Posizione perfetta. Comodissimo per la metro. Peccato non ci sia un ascensore e le finestre lasciano entrare tutti i rumori da fuori.
