"Great location in NYC and clean, quiet rooms with a subway outside the door and Central Park and all the main attractions and easy walk. I stay here regularly when visiting family in the city. I feel very safe here too. Newly remodeled lobby which is bright and welcoming. A popular hotel for families and business."

"We had the room for only 1 night, arrived late and needed to leave the next morning early. The morning of checkout we realized the shower did not work. The shower did not have a drain plug. Also the iron stand was falling off the wall. For the price we paid, this was especially disappointing. We did not have type to correct the issue with the shower and had to leave. Very sub par compared to the Hyatt regency we stayed at the 2 nights previously"
