Top New York Hotel Reviews

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel was centrally locate to many Time Square attractions. The house keeping team on floor 34 were engaging and accommodating. The extra/resort fee was rediculous and the lobby/library bar was very expensive."

The Manhattan at Times Square
2/10 Terrible
"Run down horrendous room. The batteries were dead on the room telephone as well as the thermostat on the wall. Mildew stains around the tub. Uncomfortable bed."

Hyatt Grand Central New York
4/10 Poor
"We had the room for only 1 night, arrived late and needed to leave the next morning early. The morning of checkout we realized the shower did not work. The shower did not have a drain plug. Also the iron stand was falling off the wall. For the price we paid, this was especially disappointing. We did not have type to correct the issue with the shower and had to leave. Very sub par compared to the Hyatt regency we stayed at the 2 nights previously"

Aura Hotel Times Square
8/10 Good
"Good overall stay - it’s in a prime location. If you’re looking for a 100% renovated and modern hotel, you won’t get that here but the rooms were not in bad shape at all. Some minor things like the TV cable was not user friendly or the thermostat had some cooling issues towards the end, but not a deal breaker. (If I had requested help on last few days of our thermostat, I’m sure it would’ve been resolved, but we hoped we could figure it out). The bar/restaurant next door was tasty and location is accessible outside of Times Square. I enjoyed my stay overall."

Arlo Midtown
10/10 Excellent
"We loved the Arlo's location—it was perfect for exploring Manhattan, from Midtown and the Upper East Side to SoHo. The hotel has a great vibe, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped gym, which made it easy to keep up with our workout routine while traveling. During our six-day stay, we had breakfast at the hotel once but weren't particularly impressed. That said, the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The bar and adjacent coffee shop were both excellent and incredibly convenient. While we wished the rooms were a bit more spacious, the overall experience was very positive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

Hyatt Regency Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Location"

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
6/10 Okay
"The hotel and rooms are old. It's noisy outside. There were workers doing maintenance, which wasn't a great experience. Even though the guy gave us a better room, it still wasn't clean or modern enough. The New Yorker Hotel has a good reputation, and I hope they take better care of it in the future."

Hotel Edison Times Square
6/10 Okay
"Great location! Close to everything very clean, only issue we had was that we were assigned to the wrong room and had to use a rollaway bed. Overall would stay again if that could be avoided!"

Margaritaville Resort Times Square
8/10 Good
"Parking lot is horrible; I have to paid 45.00 each time I take the car out of the lot it's not fear since in the hotel website shows free valet parking."
