「Exceptional customer service and friendly professional staff. The room was lovely but needed a slightly better clean. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Very quiet and safe. Only a 10 minute Uber down to the Viaduct which was great.」

「stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but...
