「The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! 」

「We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. 」

「Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, alle verplichte formaliteiten werden hoffelijk en geduldig behandeld, schone schitterende en functionele kamer, waterkoker met koffie, thee, koffiemelk en zoetstof aanwezig en de kamer was uiterst modern, functioneel en praktisch ingericht. Ik had ook nog het voordeel van alarmfunctionaliteit dat per abuis ook nog functioneel werd getest. De receptionist reageerde supersnel op het alarm en was niet boos maar juist uiterst bezorgd.
