"A very nice place to stay conveniently located "

"We love it's proximity to the river and the fact that we have a wonderful view of it from the window in our room (we request the same room every time). Also being able to walk to the water in just a minute or two is the best thing ever! The place is so peaceful and quiet inside and out, and just provides the most relaxing atmosphere, with places to sit outside and enjoy nature. You really get no sense of the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade that is taking place not far away. Also, being offered a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check-in (and check-out as well) always puts a smile on my face. We will never stay anywhere else if we can help it. This is our home away from home whenever we visit the Falls. "
