“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“Staff is excellent and always available. Room was clean, plenty of towels, a little worn, but newer sheets and pillow. I would have given a 5 star but the breakfast was just cereal, bread, jam and butter. They have a toaster and microwave. The coffee was excellent and always fresh which a big surprise. For the money well worth it. Parking is free and plentiful. Too long a walk to the Falls, but the Parkway bus is just across the road and so easy to use. Leave the car and enjoy Niagara”

“My daughter and I booked a room at Persepolis Inn and were very happy with our choice. The gentleman at the check-in desk was very polite and friendly, as was the young lady upon check-out. The room was very clean and spacious with a spotless fridge, microwave and long countertop with a stainless steel sink where food could be prepared. The only negative was that one bed was very hard, but the other was fine and there were nice large pillows on each. It was incredibly quiet as well, which is……
