Great Location

The apartment is very comfortable with all the comforts of home. It is walking distance to the many sights in Nice and close to the tram (trolley) where you can hop on and explore even more of the local area. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Perfect place to be in Nice.

A lovely apartment in an ideal location. The location is ideal for exploring Nice — cross the street and you’re in the heart of the old town, with its shops and restaurants. Another few blocks and you’re at the beach. The tram is a block away. The apartment is open and clean — well-suited for a couple but not really feasible for more than two. The kitchen is small but functional, and the air conditioning was a source of relief at the end of the day during a hot week in Nice. No parking,but only a short walk to the downtown locations of the major car rental companies. The apartment faces away from busy Avenue Felix Faure and into a courtyard— some street noise but tolerable. Highly recommended!

Dans une résidence de luxe, quelle terrasse !!!

Merci encore à gregory Et yann pour ce week passé chez vous. Parfaite location à 2 pas de La Place massena , de La mer, du fameux marché du cours saleya, du château. Lappartement est très propre et très bien équipé, super literie. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci aussi pour vos guides pratiques à disposition dans lappartement Et Tous vos conseils et votre gentillesse . Tout était parfait.

buona soluzione

Abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per 12 giorni. Niente da dire sulla posizione, comodissima,in quanto a due passi dal centro , dalla spiaggia e dalla città vecchia . Appartamento carino con un bel terrazzino, ma Forse non idoneo per due coppie. avevamo tutti e 4 i vestiti nello stesso armadio ubicato nella camera da letto matrimoniale, sarebbe stato meglio avere almeno un armadietto accanto al divano letto in sala per chi dormiva lì dove poter mettere le proprie cose. Casa non pulitissima e bagno da ristrutturare , o almeno la vasca . Cucina poco utilizzabile in quanto il frigo è minuscolo ed i fornelli sono a induzione con solo due fuochi. Se non si hanno particolari pretese però, la casa va benissimo! Greg e YANN non li ho conosciuti perché mi sono trattenuta solo qualche giorno, ma nel dialogo via mail sono stati molto efficienti e gentili a rispondere a ogni mia richiesta! Carina e apprezzata l'idea della bottiglia di vino di benvenuto!
