“Nice” place to stay

We had a great time staying here! Proximally located to everything we needed and/or wanted to do! At night, it was pretty noisy from people who were out late partying, but that could be a bonus for some people. Of note the property is not air conditioned but it does cool down a lot at night with the windows open and fans on

Great & spacious location in Old Nice!!!

A spacious Studio, ideal for a single or a couple. Very clean & well equipped to meet my simple travel needs. Well situated to restaurants, cafes & an amazing Bakery/Pâtisserie very close by. Only a 5 minute walk to the Tram & Buses made it easy to see Nice without a car. Note: be prepared for daily exercise as is on the 4th floor. 🤗. Would stay there again in the future.

Ferienwohnung mit Einschränkungen ohne Erholungseffekt

Wir waren im August dort. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Altstadt, was ersteinmal sehr schön war. Restaurants und Strand sind fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im 3 Stockwerk (Altbau), was bei 30°C leider manchmal etwas nervig war. Das Bett ist nur 140cm breit, was bei der Hitze im Sommer etwas beengend war. Das 3 Bett ist ein klappriges Klappsofa, In der Wohnung roch es leider stark nach Mäusen, die wir dann auch gesehen haben. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Problem war Nachts, dass man nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnte, da der Krach von den Restaurants und Bars bis 4 Uhr nach oben drang. Dannach hörte man Aufräumarbeiten. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es wiederum zu heiß. Wir hatten keine Nacht die wir erholsam schlafen konnten. Für Partygänger ist die Wohnung ok, zur Erholung ist zumind. in der Sommerzeit abzuraten. Ansonsten war der Zustand der Wohnung ok, Laminat war in einem nicht so schönen Zustand und im Bad war die Duschen stockig und an der Duschtasse Flilesen ab. Der Vermieter war gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck am letzten Tag länger in der Wohnung stehen lassen.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung mitten im Trubel

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren als Paat im Hochsommer 2 Tage in Nizza. Die Wohnung ist neu und gepflegt. Bad mit Fenster. Für 2 Personen ist sie perfekt. Sie wird ein wenig warm, da die Fenster dem Wind vom Meer abgewandt liegen und deshalb kein Durchzug entstehen kann. Das sollte man bedenken. Und während der Nacht lässt man die Fenster besser geschlossen um Nachtruhe zu gewährleisten. Das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Dafür liegt sie perfekt für alle Altivitäten im Herzen der Altstadt, neben der Cathedrale. Das ist auch die beste Haltestelle des 98 (Flughafenbus).

Modern apartment in nice

Nice and clean apartment in the center of the old city in nice. It's only a five minutes walk to the beach. In the night it's pretty loud, closing the windows is not an option, because it gets too warm. But all in all we had a very nice stay there.

A Beautiful Flat in the heart of the Vieux Nice!

Edoardo was very helpful, the flat was fantastic with everything newly fitted. So central to everything-even to the Irish pub down below-it was a bit noisy until weird hours In the morning but the atmosphere in this place was amazing!
