Lovely stay, any questions we asked of the host were answered very quickly to messages. Nice welcoming touches of homemade cake made by the host which was delicious, and we were left some other goodies which was a lovely touch! Villa comes with its own collection of cute cats and three young kittens. They were very lovely and friendly but kept trying to get into the villa, however there are insect doors to keep them out. The location was very good and the villa and garden were beautiful and well looked after. We’d highly recommend staying in this villa.

This was one of the best Air B&B experiences I have ever had. The host was extremely kind and responsive. The space was large enough for all of us to have our own space but still be together. Awesome place. You even have your "own" little Volcano next to the house. The house is one of the best I have stayed in. Literally, everything you can think of is provided including some food items and homemade Limoncello to start the vacation. Love to come back!

A beautiful home through and through. Well-appointed with thoughtful touches from baby bibs to outdoor table linens made our stay truly feel like home. The grounds are so well kept and elevate the ambiance. The location was ideal for day tripping to different areas around Sicily and perfect for walking into town for dinner. Wir haben mit 6 Freunden eine Woche in der Villa verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Zur Begrüßung gab es leckeren, selbstgemachten Kuchen und Limoncello, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Haus sehr schön! Es gibt mehrere Katzen, die sich auf dem Grundstück aufhalten und gerne kuscheln falls das für jemanden ein Problem sein sollte. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Een prachtig huis dat eigenlijk volledig nieuw is. Veel speel toestellen voor kinderen en ruime slaapkamers voor de hele familie. Alles werkt prima. Het zwembad is erg mooi, alleen nog een beetje koud. Bij binnenkomst stond een heerlijke zelfgebakken pannetone voor ons klaar.

Can only say wonderful things about our stay. The property was large and absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was perfect temperature and very clean. The hosts were spectacular and extremely kind, we felt very at home. They went above and beyond our expectations. This house is absolutely wonderful. It has enough space, is very nicely furnished and the garden is very large. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed our time very much. We especially liked the open living area with the large table and the garden area. Everything was very clean, there were enough towels and there were a few cool drinks in the fridge. And this cottage has the sweetest roommate, namely a small cat, which is incredibly cuddly and trusting. We definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

This is a beautiful house with great attention to detail! Very beautiful design details. Pleasant areas by the pool, play area, breakfast area and barbecue. Very comfortable bed, quality linen, air conditioning. The kitchen is fully organized. There is everything you need for cooking. The owner prepared us many presents and an incredible pistachio cake. VERY, VERY, VERY DELICIOUSLY!

Perfect

Villa was ideal for our party of 6 adults and 2 children (12/13) and could accommodate more. The separate annex was perfect for the family of 4. Villa is spacious and well-equipped and the owners left us a welcome pack of water/beer/cake/fruit ,which was appreciated, as well as a well stocked kitchen with pasta, coffee, tea etc. We arranged transfers to and from the airport with the owner rather than hiring a car which was perfect. Toti even took us to a local supermarket when we arrived to stock up on groceries. The Villa is a 10/15 minute walk in to Nicolosi which has numerous restaurants (although many close at lunchtime and all day Mon or Tues). A small supermarket is a 5 minute walk. There is a good size pool at the villa although the weather unfortunately didn’t encourage swimming. We were fortunate to see Etna in action from the villa one evening as the owner sent a message to take a look outside. It was a relaxing stay in a peaceful location and can’t thank the owners, Lidia annd Toti, enough for adding to a great time. .

A very spacious and relaxing house. The pool is just great and is cleaned regularly. There are plenty of toys for children. The house is fully equipped and is in good condition. The garden is planted green and very large. But the hostess is the highlight of the house. A wonderful helpful and warm woman who is available around the clock for questions and support.

Toti’s house is a beautiful place, very well furnished, and decorated with taste. Our hosts were very kind and wellcoming. We found a homemade cake and the basics supplies such as milk, water, pasta, wine, beers... you even have a playground for the kids!!! The pool is great too. we can only recommand toti’s house !! Thank you Toti !!!
