“All the cons: The concierge mentioned that the shuttle that takes you from point A to point B within the hotel grounds makes its rounds every 15 minutes, which is not true. My boyfriend and I waited almost twenty minutes for it and still no sign of the driver. We ended up walking up the hills just to get breakfast. Don’t get me wrong it was a good workout but when it’s in the middle of the day where it’s hot and humid and in flip flops, that was not ideal. Also the food selections at the one……

“I traveled with my wife and two kids. The property is just in front of the beach and you are surrounded by jungle. The rooms are excellent, the staff is amazing and the food was delicious. It is very private and you can walk through amazing trails to nearby beaches. There is parking on site. Do consider driving a 4x4 so you can get all the way to the hotel as there is a short drive on sand before reaching the property. If not, no worries, you can leave your car in the hotel Sano Banano, and……

“Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great and not to be missed. We enjoyed the evening cocktail at sunset provided by the hotel a short walk down a path to the beach. Monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds. We traveled with 4 teenagers who loved the location, walkable to town, or short uber. Fun shopping and local restaurants on the beach. Ocean is swimmable with local rentals in town. Villas are spacious and well stocked with kitchen, large living room. Staff was very helpful……

“Very unique beach front property with quaint bungalows, beach access, very nice pool, yoga studio and adjacent spa. The food at the beach front farm to table restaurant was excellent and all of the staff were very professional, kind, helpful and attentive. Loved the included breakfast and free yoga class. “We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow.
