“We were there for a junior golf tournament and the location was perfect. We had one issue with a dog next door that was barking and even though the unit next door was not managed by the same company they were able to help us in handling the issue to get the people next door to come back and check on their dog. Super helpful and they went above and beyond to make everything right.”

“I was very pleased with the villa. Excellent supplies in kitchen and bathroom. Very well furnished and comfortable. The only thing I missed was a vanity space in the bathroom.”

“We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.”

“Great house in Sea Pines, 7 - 10 minute walk to the lighthouse when you use the path behind Sea Pines shopping center. This house is in a quite neighborhood and it appears some of the neighbors are year round residents while other properties are rentals. I do wish one of the beds in the second bedroom was a true queen. The beds in bedroom 2 are a bit tight for two grown adults who are in good shape. Otherwise, this property is a great place to stay with plenty of space in the kitchen/great room……

“This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above.”

“The house was a perfect fit for our family! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a pool and pickle ball courts. Close the the trolly station with easy access to Sea Pines beach and other favorites such as Harbor Town. The house was perfectly suited with everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and comfortable! Beautiful patio overlooking a lovely lagoon. We were greeted with a lovely welcome note and few fun snacks. I highly recommend this property and……

“81 Lawton is a very comfortable, well-maintained, well-located property. The living areas and bed rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. It was a perfect accommodation for attending the RBC Heritage tournament.”

“We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the condo located in the Sea Pines Resort area in Harbour Town, SC! Condo was very nice for 2 people and the location was more than we could expect-within walking distance to the lighthouse and MANY fabulous places to eat and meet new people! Communication with the owner was very easy. Would highly recommend! Oh, and it has an elevator which made it easy for someone with mobility issues! Thank you for opening up your condo for us to use and hopefully many others……

“Loved 3 Belted Kingfisher! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor space was awesome. Love that it was only short walking distance to beach. We had a great time! Sadly the place is rented for next year during the same week. We will be back and highly recommend a visit to 3 Belted Kingfisher! Thx!”
