“並沒有覺得早餐有什麼特別之處，咖啡跟歐洲旅行時入住的酒店的比較實在不行，第一天我告知廚師要一個半熟但是有點焦的荷包蛋，他給我一個全白，但是全熟的荷包蛋，第二天我乾脆給廚師看照片，他給我一個蛋黃又是全熟，蛋白更白的荷包蛋。
我們常住5星級酒店，大倉的早餐一般般，沒什麼驚豔之處。
其他部分滿足5星級酒店的要求。”

Location is good if you are family with Tokyo - it’s right next to Nagatacho station which is connected to quite a few subway lines. The bed is too hard for our preference. ”

“Everything was wonderful, only except that it happened that our room was right next to the gym, so there were some door and dumbbell dropping noises once a while.
However, except that, everything was great. House keeping super tidy, spotless. Food was yummy too.
If you're going to visit places on the Hibiya Line even better because the hotel is right on top of one of the stations.”

“飯店設施較新，為商務型飯店，位置在3個地鐵線附近, 距赤阪地鐵站步行約5-10分鐘。有自助check-in，飯店人員英文溝通ok，距日枝社會步行約5分鐘。到表參道或澀谷地鐵約4站距離(千代田線)。房間簡潔舒適(一個26吋可全開，2個也ok但是會較為擁擠)，附設有洗脱烘洗衣(500日元/次)，樓下有7-11逛完街補貨方便(飯店末附瓶裝水，只有飲水機)。缺點是衣物與浴巾吊掛空間較為不足，只能吊掛在玄關處，另外冰箱相較於其他商務旅管較為小一些，2L水瓶大概就滿了。”

“it's a new choice in tokyo, but the location is not very convenice between shibuya and harajuku, you need get a taxi to the hotel from shibuya station, their staff are nice, but the room smaller than the photos, i've stayed in " ace hotel " in LA and London, this single room is samller, and maybe it's summer time so i spend $32560 yen one night , but I think this price you can find more larger room or good location in Tokyo, but their brunch is good, you should try it!”

But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots……
