"The service is excellent, staff at reception spoke good English and very helpful. The cleaning staff do a great job with the room. Even after forgetting to place “clean room” sign they still replace towels and replenish amenities. I loved the location of the hotel, train stations a short walk away and 20 mins to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza. There are plentiful of eateries and bars in the area. I would recommend to walk a little further out past Harry Potter cafe for nicer quieter restaurants and cafes but most cafes don’t open until 11am if you’re wanting breakfast/brunch. There is a 7 Eleven just across the road, and many more convi stores nearby. The laundry room need improvement, outdated machines and area doesn’t have seats to wait for washing. This was the only negative I could think of. I would recommend this hotel for singles/friendship groups and families. "

"The pictures of the room online made it appear that these were larger rooms when they weren't. The double room was about the size you might have on a cruise ship which was ok for single occupants at the beginning of our trip. As two occupants, we had to upgrade to a larger room. The rooms were clean but the amenities were limited to what you picked out at the frontdesk. The breakfast was really good every day and we tried something new each time. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. I was nervous about the location as Roppongi has a reputation however since we didnt stay out late, we didn't see anything that stood out but when we told locals what city we were staying in, it gave an impression. I would definitely stay at Remm again just maybe in another city. "

"We stayed at Grand Hyatt Tokyo on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The bathroom felt quite neglected, there were visible cracks in the shower area and overall cleanliness could have been better, with small details that made it feel a bit dirty and not well maintained. At night, the noise level was also an issue. We could clearly hear ambulances and sirens, which made it difficult to fully relax and rest. Overall, the hotel didn’t give us the Japan experience we were hoping for. It lacked the attention to detail, calm atmosphere, and polished feel that we’ve come to expect when visiting Japan."

"The rooms were very very small. Sharing a room with three adults felt very tight. No where to open suitcases. View from the windows were other rooms so we couldn’t open our curtains during the stay, which made us feel a little claustrophobic. Although, as it was connected to a train station it was a very handy hotel for us to stay at for our Tokyo sightseeing. "

"There was a strong grimy smell from the first room I went to. I smelled it right at the door. I could not step further into the room. I requested a change, the staff checked the room and gave me another room. I settled down in the new room for 10 mins and I smelled the human grimy smell again. This time I requested air freshener and they provided an air filter. The pillow covers smelled and I think the pillows too. I used the hotel towel to cover the pillow I was sleeping in. I had booked the hotel for 8 nights. 😑"
