「good taste, good interior design, impressive breakfast, close to subway, the only problem is sound insulation not good enough, so the noise from the road was quite annoying in the night time」

「Great service and friendly staff. Super clean and very spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Like that it has a laundry mat for self-service. Location is good if you are family with Tokyo - it’s right next to Nagatacho station which is connected to quite a few subway lines. The bed is too hard for our preference. 」

「房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。」

「I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest.
