“Facilities could use a little upgrading. Bed seemed more like a standard size as opposed to a queen size. It wasn’t ideal for two adults. Some floor tiles are moving. Elevators could use some work. Parking can be difficult during major events in Miami.”

“Our overall experience at this location was very good. The room had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to laundry appliances and it’s close by multiple food outlets/ restaurants. This made our stay in Wynwood very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend here to stay if you plan to visit Wynwood.”

“We were allowed early check in as our flight landed in the morning and the staff was very attentive for the duration of our stay. The on call house keeping/maintenance staff were very responsive as well. This property is located a block or two away from the beach and that’s where we spent most of our time. Great price for the location.”

“La limpieza está muy limpio y ordenado, contaba con los productos de aseo necesarios para nuestra estadía. Todo lo de aseo estaba listo para nuestro uso. La recepción fue un poco complejo, puesto era la primaria vez que nos indicaba que tenías que llenar los datos pero al hacerlo fue muy rápido el ingreso. No usamos la piscina. Aunque están en construcción el ruido es mínimo con las ventanas cerradas. Muy agradable los espacios.”
