“Check in process was very easy, listing was just as described, only one room key, messaged host via expedia app and thru phone calls no response. Cleaning staff does bang on the door around 8 am; so if you have ptsd this is a red flag. Room was clean and everything in the rooms worked. we were very excited and left key in the room, waited 6 hours in the car to wait for a response with no other possible way to get in we had to pay $150 for a locksmith. i have messaged them since then and no……
