"The beach, view, new rooms and hotel front desk staff = were great! We could've seen more of the beach staff for drinks and food while on the beach. The guys at the little beach hut with the chairs and umbrellas were amazing!! The renovations of the new hotel in general ( besides taking away the locker room we've ALWAYS used when flying out to get ready for a flight was no longer there and we werent given a heads up so we had to spread all of our stuff out in the main bathroom and lobby......that wasnt great) were awesome. Thanks for coordinating our trip."

"The hotel has a great location connected to Brickell City Center. It rained heavily for a during our stay, so it was nice to explore the shops/restaurants without getting soaked. The rooftop bar is a highlight - highly recommend! Given its popularity, be patient waiting for elevators & book ahead for a table."
