“I’ve always been a fan of the Fontainebleau and even worked there years ago, so I was really looking forward to this stay. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like staying at a budget hotel than the luxury experience you expect from Fontainebleau. The issues started at check-in, where there was only one employee handling a very long line. Once we finally got to our room, we requested extra sheets, but they never arrived.
