“Sunny isles est un endroit parfait, le condo semblait bien au départ, mais rapidement nous avons réaliser qu'il manquait beaucoup d'équipements de base, 1 seul couteau, 2 rouleau de papier toilette, rien pour faire la vaisselles ou ramasser les dégâts. Le condo en tant que tel est bien ok, 2 chambre assez grand assez tranquille, douche neuve et électro très récent. ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est de voir le peu de commentaire pour cette annonce et réaliser que même si nous avions fait un……

“The day I arrived the hotel didn’t have my confirmation it was 10 PM. I had to prove that to them that like prepaid spending two hours before I got my room when I went to the bar at the pool they would not serve me because I was in a private room. “No balcony access The balcony was under construction so we couldn’t access it the entirety of our stay. This really should have been disclosed and felt deceptive, because we would not have picked a place without a balcony. Definitely would recommend requesting whether construction has been completed before booking.  Additionally, The air conditioning/heating unit didn’t work and would only pump cold air in, bringing the room down to 60° before we realized the issue (we were here in low Feb……
