"This was our second stay. The historic property is clean, beautiful and so comfortable. There were treats and fresh flowers when we arrived. We had all of the amenities that we needed and a few extra just in case. I can’t say enough about our host and this place. We will absolutely stay here again and again."

"My volleyball club had coaches from six different teams staying at this home during a weekend tournament in Providence. All of the coaches loved it! It was located in a beautiful area with a quick drive into the city. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of them to unwind after long days! Carol was great to work with and when one of our girls had a medical emergency that required that they stay in town, she offered up the house to the parents at no cost. You couldn't...

"A beautiful spacious home in a beautiful wooded setting. The host was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is comfortable with lots of living space. It also was well stocked with the groceries store about 5 minutes away for any last minute needs."

"We are from the Midwest and were in Rhode Island to tour colleges. We treated the trip as a mini-vacation. The house is spacious with three levels. It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking. Very modern and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Providence and 45 minutes to Bristol, RI. Residential area but there is a good restaurant just three minutes from the house as well. "This property was exactly as expected and great for a large group! We ended up doing a lot of walking as it was close enough to our destinations to do so. The property was clean and the owners were very responsive to any inquiries we had. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a good experience."

"Just a couple of suggestions: needed more TP: 2 rolls for 5 days, needed more towels, washclothes and kitchen towels... Only had 1 trash bag....outside trash cans were full when we took our trash out... Backdoor was a little drafty and possibly might should have a deadbolt on it.. loved the house...worked perfect for our visit... Will rent again"

"This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay."

"Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. "
