"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Enjoyed a one night stay with a friend, staff were friendly and helpful, the location is good about 20min drive from Bristol centre, very close to Cribbs which has lots of shops and restaurants. The diner is lovely for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and modern with nice extras like hair straighteners and nice coffee. Would stay again and recommend others visit too. Price very reasonable also for a Saturday. "
