“I’ll be honest, this is not somewhere I would normally stay. Ended up here last minute because of a mess with a reservation somewhere else. I was tired and cranky but the gentleman at the front was nice, friendly and compassionate. I mean, it’s old and dated and could be cleaned way better BUT…the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. ”

“Good value for a basic stay. No frills. No coffee or breakfast. Close to downtown without downtown prices. Store and restaurant next door. Easy on and off of IH 35 South.Would stay again.”

“Couple of dead flies in the corner of the room. Saw 2 live cockroaches over 4 days, clearly dazed from insecticide because they didn't try to run. Some mold on the bathroom walls but shower head and floor were clean. Room door does not fully seal, small amount of rain pooled on the floor as a result. You can hear all of the highway traffic too but the hotel is literally right off I-35 so that's to be expected. Had to ask for new room key after 2 nights when it suddenly stopped working. Staff……
