「Very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and in a great location for shopping and dining. We had a great time. Will definitely be staying there again. Although it was a great place to stay, the breakfast could have been a little better. Not much of a choice like other hotels have but still better than nothing. 」

「I had to cancel our trip due to illness ... I called them the day we were to arrive and they cancled me with no penalty. Very nice of them.」

「Bathroom could have been better maintained. Shampoo bottle was empty and toilet was not cleaned, other than that, the stay was great. Staff was excellent!」

「Had eye surgery at Ruby that evening, stopped there for the night, gentleman at front desk was super attentive and was very kind and offered to help with anything i needed. 5 stars!」

「The white thick curtain should be drawn in. Missed seeing it and had terrible sleep. Just advising though its my fault to not have looked as it was hidden behind decorativ curtain」
