“Great quiet scenic location right at the water. We stayed in two different rooms both in the oceanfront condo type building (room 26 and room 25a). King beds were very comfortable. Nice tall table with four chairs. Lots of windows. 26 was on ground level and 25a was on second floor. Definitely get a top floor unit if you can! ”

“They could use some towel racks. The room was set up efficiently, I liked the little drawers/shelf/hanging rod corner. It was easy to use, and made excellent use of all the space, making a smallish room feel larger, and quite comfortable. The curtains were good, the corner bench and window seat were convenient, with a table. Not **nearly** enough lighting in the room, though. The bed was a normal height, thank goodness! The food and service at Harrigan's (the onsite breakfast eatery) was superb. My only quibble is that our room was too dark. Don't know what could be done to brighten it -- maybe a ceiling fixture?”

“The room was attractively co-ordinated with fresh looking furniture and soft furnishings. It was all really comfortable and beautifully clean. A great little breakfast diner, Capeside Kitchen, and a fantastic seafood restaurant, Brax Landing, are a couple of minutes drive along the street. And Harwich Port makes a great base for the rest of Cape Cod. ”

“The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space……
