“This was a lovely rental. The space was very sophiscated with antique furnishings and beautifully painted walls. It was super clean. The space is a lot bigger then you’ll see in the listing. It sits on an estuary with lovely birds, bunnies, chipmunks, and the occasional black kitty. Lloyd the owner lives above the unit and is so gracious, respectful, and sweet. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and a spacious soaking tub. It’s a very quiet space with only the sounds of nature. I have to……

“The suite (or The Nest as I called it) was so perfect. Owners thought of everything. The place was exceptionally cleaned and well stocked. Location was convenient to everything for us and communication was superb. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for letting us stay.”

“Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!”

“Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.”

“The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod.”

“Great location. Short drive to many attractions and restaurants. Small kitchen but adequate for our needs. It was fine for 3 people but a bit small for larger parties.”

“Chased out by Hurricane Lee but otherwise very good week. Good location with nice view of Duck Creek area. Probably best view of the 5 apts in main house. Mgr super-attentive. Nice layout of apt, very clean. Would definitely consider staying again.”

“The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space……
