The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak.……

“This apartment was perfect for our graduation weekend at Univ of Dayton. Perfect space for 2 of us. Aparrment was very clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Host was very responsive to the few questions or hurdles we had. One recommendation we would offer is a couple fans as air movement was lacking. Once we fixed that, it was a 5 star stay. Would def stay again. Location was fantastic for coffee shop, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for being so close to tge activity up the street Adorable……
