「Great hotel &staff. Perfect location to explore the east end of Long Island.」

「Good location. Pretty beach. Didn't care for pool directly outside patio. 10 am checkout for a vacation rental is objectionable. Although we were very grateful to receive a text saying that we could check in at around 2:30, a standard checkin time of 5 pm per web site is ridiculous. But overall a pleasant stay.」

「When I booked our stay a year ago, the website said "make yourself at home with guestrooms featuring minibars" , there was restaurant and bar/lounge on the hotel information. Our refrigerator had two bottles of water, there is no bar and no restaurant from Monday to Friday. There was a Keurig, pound cake and fruit i.e. apples, available on the weekdays, but once the Cafe opened we had to buy coffee or tea, the Keurig disappeared. The beds were really comfortable. 「The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.」
