"The state of the Hotel is horrendous. Room conditions need major attention from updates to cleaning. The hotel is not sound proof at all. You can hear everything from the connecting rooms and hallways. In addition the windows offer no sound proofing either. Everything from the parking lot below can be heard. One of our rooms booked the sink was damaged and actually had a section of the counter missing. To coffee machines can not be used because they don't not have the pod holder in any of them. They offered only toilet paper and shampoo in room had to ask for rest. Hotel also smells of pot and smoke. I do not recommend and wish I could get our money back. Non of us where able to get more than 3 hours of broken sleep. The place is very run down."

"Don’t like leaving negative reviews, but no hot water. Loud floor after midnight. Breakfast not ready at stated time. Hard to justify the $175 i paid "

"DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS DESPERATE. $350 a night was a total waste of money. Locks on doors don't lock, paint peeling in the bathroom, toilet seat looks like it from a prison, baseboards are rotten, sheets were stained and had cigarette burns all over the comforter. I booked two nights, but only stayed a few hours and slept in my clothes. The hotel backs up to the freeway off-ramp where locals are walking around in the back of the hotel. Zero security. Best of luck if you decide to stay here. "
