「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「Overall, it's a nice property, but very overpriced. Staff is very friendly and property is very well maintained, outside of the room we stayed on.
First appearance of our room was very dirty. There was an orange peal on the remote for the tv, dirt and crumbs on top the stand tv was on, sand covering the floor everywhere, and even in both beds. The first night we had not even been on or near the beach and it was like the sheets were never cleaned before we got there. 」

「Website is deceiving, this is not a resort like advertised. It is individually owned places managed by a resort. You have to come prepared with food and water. Getting towels at pools by the condos were a constant problem. The views were beautiful and lots of great wildlife to enjoy watching. 」
