“Everything was awesome”

“The owner is very hands on and we enjoyed our stay. The room has a great cabin decor and was extremely clean. If you are looking for a place close to Helen, then this is a great alternative to staying downtown. They have a small fridge and microwave and supply you with a few kitchen supplies. Note that while it looks like a cabin - it is not a cabin- it is more of a motel format and sits very close to a busy highway. The road noise does slow down at night so it did not keep us awake. The beds……

“Bad service. Request for non-smoking but gotten a smoking room. Ask to change room but they don't want to help.”

“Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... ”

“Every thing was perfect and the staff was amazing.”

“This place has it all. Clean comfortable lodging. The cabin was well equipped with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The owner was available in case you needed something. And of course, the most important part was security kitty. Easy to get to Helen, Clayton, and downtown Clarkesville from the cabin location. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”

“The room was disgusting, room was 111. The door looked like someone was trying to pry it open before, with the damage on the door frame and missing weather stripping. The door never seem to be 100% close. In the room smelled instantly of mold, the bathtub had mold on the drain and on and inside the jets, the shower had mold all over it's surface of the faucet. The fridge was nasty super dirty. Under the sink next to the trash can was some nasty brown stuff had no idea what it was. The staff……
