“I did not have one towel or cloth in my room whatsoever and I went to the counter in the morning and I only asked for a towel so I could dry off and they told me to bring down my old ones. We wait for you to bring dirty ones, and then give you more I told her I don’t have any dirty towels because there is not even one towel in my room. She said really are you sure I said yes please give me a towel. I’m going to be late for work and she said well. Let me talk to my boss. Oh there she is about to……

“Easy access and very nice host. Rooms were clean and kitchen was equipped with the essentials. ”

“A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! ”

“The description was off when the owner described the property as new. It was however newly renovated, somewhat. He had explained to us that the front door needed a little help to open. It in fact needed to be lifted and pushed fairly hard to open and close. What lighting there was was very poor with several of the bulbs burnt out with no replacements. In fact the one over the front door was burnt out making it difficult to see the number load at night. The 3 beds were very soft and this made……
