「Firstly, great location. Perfect for visiting Hammersmith. The beds themselves were fine. However, one toilet was blocked and overflowed. I reported this twice to the receptionist who did absolutely nothing. Toilet water all over the floor of the bathroom. Was also incredibly hot at night during the heatwave.」

「The room I was in was clean & I love that there were some nights where there was free dinners. The free dinners were the best part. Also, having towels that were decently priced and not overly expensive was a huge plus. You'll need to bring your own soap and washcloth though. 8/10 for me.」
