"Great location for transportation and visiting the theater and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We would have liked more pillows on the bed and fluffier ones. Breakfast variety was excellent, the buffet was HUGE and staff were constantly refreshing items. The breakfast room was noisy and a bit chaotic because there were a lot of guests, but we were seated immediately each time we visited. Staff were very friendly and efficient! Overall a very comfortable stay. "

"Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return! "
