"Got nothing to say here. I would normally not stay in hotels like this, but it was an emergency trip just to attend a meeting at St Pancras street. This hotel location made the most sense but the hotel won’t give me any early check in option (even though I have platinum on Expedia), and asked me to pay £30 to check in at 1300PM and also another £30 to store my small luggage before checkout time. Jokes!"

"I wasn't impressed with their bathroom facilities but their staff was excellent and the hotel has two perfect places to have dinner. Parking here is very expensive. The location is very convenient. "

"For an entry level 5* hotel it ticks all the boxes. I stayed in a deluxe queen which was almost spotless (water marks on the shower screen and the sink tap was a bit off). Other than that, the air con worked, the bed was very comfortable the staff were extremely friendly, the hotel overall was extremely clean and the restaurant was sublime."
