"The house was very clean, and the kitchen spacious with all that you may need to cook and have a nice stay. If you are looking for a house to rest, good quite sleep, and safe, this is the place. The host was very nice and respond to our questions in a very fast way. Thank you. "

"Upon arrival, the apartment reeked of weed smoke. I reached out to the host but no solution to that was provided. The fridge was full of food fromthe previous guests. The cabinets had lots of food from previous guests. Notable to mention that there was a bag of potatoes that was sprouting, so its been there quite a while. There was no toilet paper. There are no full towel sets. Just 2 towels. The floor hadnt been cleaned. There is a Christmas tree up with no ornaments, in March. The kitchen didn't have cups, plates, bowls or cutlery. Overall, I would never stay there again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else. The host has much to improve on. The space has potential but there is a clear lack of care for the guest experience here."

"Very unresponsive host. There was not enough necessary stuffs like paper towel, tea, salt and pepper etc. which are very common at other rental properties. Parking lot was occupied by another car for two nights and not enough space for parking a big SUV. The communication was awful. Think twice before renting this property."

"Pool was great - perfect for our family. House is large. However, the listing pictures were taken sometime ago, and the house has aged. Maintenance, repairs and updates are needed. Only has 3.5 baths - not 4. Neighborhood is quiet, but no shops or restaurants nearby. 10-20 minute dive to anything. "

"Steve was a very excellent host anything and everything I needed was either there or given to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend staying at his place to any friends looking to stay in the area. "

"A grill was advertised so we planned our meals around it and there was no propane. Only a couple rolls of toilet paper, no body in the whole house and one tv didn’t work. The house itself was okay but not what we were expecting for the price "
