Graduation Celebration

This was the perfect house for my daughter’s graduation celebration. The house was clean and well decorated. The pool was great. Hopefully we will book again in the future!

Great floor plan & pool

Enjoyed the space inside & out. Everything inside was comfortable; loved the style of the pool (shallow on one end so perfect for our youngest family member), hot tub with a waterfall into the pool, and patio between the house and pool with furniture to ensure enjoyment of this outside space. Remember to bring/buy your own beach towels, trash bags, TP. Close walk to the beach; nice park across the street.

Great location, modern yet cozy!

Really enjoyed this home! Was VERY clean, owners cleraly made a conscious effort with modern upgrades, TV's in every room, washer and dryer, variety of dish and cookware, truly has all the right touches for a comfortable, relaxing getaway.

Very nice place

The property is super nice, very clean, private, close to the beach. The pool was perfect, our only wish was that we could have checked in earlier, but that wasn’t anybody’s fault. We had a wonderful vacation with our friends and our kids. Would def go back.

Best Rental in existence!

We have a tough time making everyone happy with a teen and 6 year old but this place gave us all everything we could have needed and more. The home is big, cozy, and everyone has their Privacy. The private pool was the winner! The neighborhood was calm and quiet, yet you had a very easy, safe walk right to the beach. I could not be more thankful we found this place and will definitely rent again on our next beach vacation.

Great House

Wow! A really beautiful well appointed property! A great stay and location if North MyrtleBeach is your destination. Close to everything! Nothing but good things to say about the home, upgraded linens were a plus as well as the extra chairs and beach supplies! Beautiful pool. Loved the location and adjacent park. We rented a golf-cart and enjoyed the local sights. There would be no reason not to rent this property!

Perfect Getaway!

The house was the perfect size. We loved having the pool right in the backyard. The beach is right down the road with public parking available. There is a park across the street where you can walk and the kids can play. Plus a little pond. Access to restaurants and things to do for the family were also right down the road. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or vacation!

Beautiful backyard with pool/spa/fire pit.

Great location, great size, and amazing pool/hot tub patio. We visited for a girls getaway. Plenty of space for 6 of us as long as your cool With sharing queen/king beds. Patio with pool/hot tub/firepit. Plenty of lounge chairs for us to relax. Park across the street with walking path was gray for a morning run. The beach is an easy 3 blocks walk from house. Highly recommend.

Heaven by the beach

The spacious living areas and bedrooms were great and the pool and hot tub were our family favourite. There is a public park right out the front door with 2 playgrounds, a baseball diamond and a pond. The house is 2 blocks from the beach with a literal straight walk to a beach access. My kids haven’t stopped asking when we are coming back.

The house is comfortably and beautifully appointed (without being overdone). The enclosed patio is refreshing and serene with the spa cascading into the pool. The beach is lovely; it's only 2 short blocks to the sand. Short 2-1/2 block walk to the shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Short drive to the grocery store. Couldn't be better for a vacation house!

Wonderful Beach Trip

Had the best week at the beach for our family vacation! This house was perfect for our family of 6 (5 adults & 1 child). The house has been recently fully remodeled - all rooms have nice, comfy beds, tvs, and their own full bathrooms to use. The master bedroom is huge and includes an even bigger walk in closet and shower/separate tub. The private pool in the back is the extra cherry on top to make this house a perfect spot for smaller families who don’t need a ton of rooms/space! The location is great as well. It is directly across from a baseball field and park; super convenient for our 3 year old! It is only a couple blocks from the beach and there is a public parking beach access area on the same street. Overall, I highly recommend.

Perfect Location - Lovely Stay

The home was clean, perfect size for 2 families, right across the street from a park which is great for the kids. With the golf carts, it was the easiest trip back and forth to the beach. Fantastic location in N Myrtle with things to do and places to eat. Management was wonderful and responsive. Garage was great to store beach stuff "inside" without having to drudge through the house. The pool/hot tub combo was perfect. Even has a little green space for yard game if you wanted.

Fabulous Getaway

The location and property was wonderful. A short walk to the beach. The home is spacious and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as all the attractions of the area in our week stay. We enjoyed a 3 day pass to the nearby mini golf courses. Also loved the aquarium and the Dragon Boat Races. The only issues were having to do with household essentials..no beach towels or pool towels. Few clothes hangers, no bath soap, poor quality towels and bed pillows; no tissues, one extra trash bag; no zip locks, foil, wrap. Outdoor trash can was overflowing from previous tenants. Could use a toaster and some serving dishes, storage containers. With a few changes, this could be a fabulous rental.

Adorable beach house

Beautifully renovated beach house, super close to the beach. Great park directly across the street which we loved to bike ride, play on playground or go for a morning stroll. Quiet neighborhood/street. Pool was loved but the trees above it caused lots of debris in it everyday which had to be cleaned out a few times a day with the net. The house was comfortable, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen supplies did need updated such as pots and pans, knives, scissors, etc. Aside from arriving to the property and it wasn’t well cleaned, we called management right away and they sent a supervisor out who confirmed they missed cleaning some things.. they came right away with supplies to properly clean. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this beautiful house which is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Super safe, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely rent here again!!CONS: REVIEW: Kitchen window needs curtain. Beach and pool house should have beach towels. Bath towels are way too small and should be plenty. Itemized list of beach stuff in garage needed, brought stuff we didn’t need. Small trash cans needed in bedrooms and laundry room.Hand towel holders needed by 2 bathroom sinks, plenty of wall space.sinks. Mildew on outdoor cushions, need bleached badly. 3 main bed really need thick memory foam toppers. Too hard for all of us. Sheets don’t fit beds, kept slipping off corners. VERY poor quality sheets too, not soft at all, feel cheap. Hot water quit working, took two hours to get a callback from maintenance man. Even if you can’t come right away because of another call, just let guests know you got it and you’ll come when you can.A/C needs major help, unit is too small for house. Guests shouldn’t be limited to 70°, especially at night. BRING FANS if they don’t start providing them. Kitchen cupboards and drawers really need cleaned out and organized and better kitchen supplies provided for cookingBRING FANS!!

OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here. This was our second year staying here. It’s always clean and well maintained. We love the keyless entry feature. There are so many options for sleeping arrangements and that’s perfect for us with 3 kiddos. The pool is amazing and the heated feature of the hot tub was amazing since we were there during a cold front. There is a park right across the street, the beach is literally right down the road and so easy to get too, and all of the restaurants you could want are so close. It is also really close to a lot of mini golf places and activities for families. Highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back next year!
