"I rated Comfort Inn 4 out of 5. The main issue during our stay was the airport shuttle service. We had difficulty locating the pickup area at Boston Logan Airport and called the hotel twice for assistance. We were instructed to wait at a specific location, but no shuttle arrived, even after waiting for over an hour. For an airport hotel, reliable transportation and clear pickup instructions are particularly important, especially for travelers arriving after a long flight. The hotel should provide more precise directions and ensure that guests are given accurate information about shuttle arrival times. This experience was unnecessarily frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and coordination."
