“Good location and street parking was easy. This apartment needs a deep cleaning. The first bathroom needs a new floor register cover and the floor needs a good cleaning. We were not able to check in at 3:00 because the apartment had not been cleaned. The owner offered a meal, up to 50, at a local restaurant for the inconvenience, but we have not been reimbursed as he promised. The outdoor seating area does not look like the picture. ”
