“The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.”

“The listing suggested that this was a premium hotel suite, but it fell short. On the plus side: nice location near Washington Square Park, and the check-in process was straightforward.
