“Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone……

We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access. “Clean room . It was affordable and convenient especially since all the places we had to go to were nearby so none of the places were far away. I loved the safety since all doors have locks on it to prevent any random people from coming in . I would come back if there are a few changes . After the third day , the bed was super hard and I woke up with my back hurting , and being that it is summer ... it is hot in the room so the fan didn't really do much for us . We would take showers , sweat……

“We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.”

“Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed. We discovered the floors were a bit dirty, which we didn’t realize until we started getting into bed and our socks were leaving hair and dust and lint all over……
