“I’ve stayed at Murcott Mill a few times now. Whenever I am in the area, I always try and stay there. Picturesque location, no problems with parking, rooms are nice and the family who run Murcott Mill are lovely. ”

“nice stay no complaints but I would not consider it an hotel. It is a nice bed and breakfast. At my arrival nobody in the house and the house locked. Had to wait for the manager at the pub in front of. A part from that nothing to say. nice room, clean. the only thing maybe a little cold both the room and the breakfast room, maybe because I had the feeling that we were only 2 rooms booked in all the house.”

“The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.”

“They use plastic cups, which is extremely non-enviornmental friendly. Insufficient signages for road users.”

“5 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to town centre, staff were average, not active enough, could be better. Room was big , but accessories could be improved”

“Decor in need of a bit of an update. Stairwell really creaky underfoot. After going south to go north one day, I discovered that wasn’t necessary because of the exit behind the food court I discovered on a walk the next day. Wish I’d been told about it. ”
