“I've stayed at. La Posada six or seven times in recent years and I've been pleased in every way. Its a truly beautiful place, I might even say there's an undeniable touch of magic present. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The sheer beautify of the facility is both inspiring and relaxing. “The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“Old property had an odor. The pool was not working. Restaurant food at hotel very bland. Air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle starting up every time it came on. Location was good only a couple miles from Canyon de Chelley.”
