“Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked.”

“This is mostly positive with a few things to say that weren't up to par. We stayed 2 nights in the king-suite with a whilrpool tub. The staff was very friendly and kind. They do serve breaksats as well. The pool was big indoors however it was cloudy. Too much chemical or something in the pool. The hit tub worked but jets didnt. Our room was clean ans fine. The water pressure on the whilpool wasnt good. Took 50 minutes to fill up ans use. The shower had good water pressure but it drained slowly.……

“Beds were full of stains, bed bugs, grass pressed in between the sheet and blankets. We never took our bags off the cart, got our money back immediately. The front desk person never even apologized or anything, they just said "we'll give you your money back" that was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. There was a strange odor in the building, don't know what it was. Terrible experience, and we got out of there as quickly as we could. ”

“The lodging in Decorah is limited and the Quality Inn is a solid, affordable option. This is a good quality, basic, budget hotel. The rooms have been updated and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Rooms include a refrigerator and microwave for saving and reheating your leftover Mabe’s Pizza. The indoor pool was small but clean. The A/C was loud but consistent white noise instead of the common issue of continuously turning on and off all night.……
