「The place was just as listed. We needed a lot of rooms and beds and this fit the bill. We were arriving early for check in day and the place was ready prior due to it being unoccupied the day prior so the host allowed us to check in early which was great and appreciated. Plenty of towels. Overall would stay again. 」

「My family and I had a great stay at this place. The communication with the property manager was excellent from the moment we landed in LA. The pool and jacuzzi was spot on and hanging out by the pool side was one of the best highlights of our trip. Overall a great stay. 」

「We had an amazing time at the “house up on the hills.” The property was in great condition and easily housed a family of 5. The hosts were very attentive with communications leading up to the trip and extremely helpful during our arrival. I would highly recommend renting the property and would certainly stay again the next time we’re in LA. 」

「This home was fantastic for my family while we were visiting our extended family in LA. There were a ton of thoughtful touches that made it a great place to stay with our little ones. The garage is a bit snug so a compact car would be a plus but we were able to fit two small SUV’s with some careful maneuvering. Super quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of awesome things to do and see. 」

「The property was very very clean, spacious, and updated. The owners were easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had immediately! The check in and check out was smooth. We will def stay with them again if we need a house in that area. 」

「Property is in a very good neighborhood. Stay was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and were able to cook meals for us easily. Very clean property and all the basic amenities like iron, iron stand, foldable dining table and chairs were provided. Thanks」

「Cannot beat the location! So close to the beach and pier which was fantastic. The house is behind a restaurant which I was not expecting. Our first night, there was a private party that didn’t get started until 10pm but luckily the AC window unit drowned out the noise. The only negative was parking. There are spots in front of the house but it’s first come first serve, so if we were lucky enough to get a spot we didn’t want to move the car and not everything we were doing was walking distance....

「Great place to retreat and relax. Owner was very easy and accommodating to work with. We loved the patio in the cool mornings and enjoyed the fire pit the evening we stayed in.」

「Three of my grown children and spouses as well as one 20 mo old grandchild stayed here a week for wedding activities of my son who lives in the LA area. The space was wonderful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The large kitchen was great a well. We also enjoyed the neighborhood taking stroller walks with my grandson and enjoyed pool time as well. The location was convenient to the wedding location as well as other attractions. Check in and out was a breeze. Beautiful, well kept...

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
