“Location was outstanding, there were several shopping and restaurant within 10 minutes drive, the bedrooms were spacious, the linens on the beds felt amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, seasonings, pots and pans, huge backyard with plenty of seating, ceiling fan in master bedroom, however, air conditioning was listed but not available. I contacted the host but still no air conditioning. ”

“Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay. I rated the price as terrible due to an unexpected and undisclosed charge approximately 7.5 times the advertised rate for one night. I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. I hope and suspect this was a simple mistake—beware and check the charges would be my only caution.”

“Very nice, cozy, well laid out place, with nice touches, very clean, comfy beds. An older property, though well renovated and decorated, has opportunities for a bug or two to get in through door gaps. The couch is elegant, seems vintage, but somewhat sagging.”

“Very comfortable and well maintained house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Well supplied kitchen. Close to Walmart to pick up provisions. Great communication with host. ”

“Old dated furniture. This property had (3) split units. After multiple tries by both of us we finally got 2 of 3 working. Next up the stove had a gas leak requiring NM Gas to disconnect. The bath photos don’t show the tub being spray painted white and peeling. The shower head only produced a spray pattern the approximate size of a quarter. The host fails to mention the front door opens facing base housing. You will hear revelilie and taps. On the positive side the host responded quickly to both……
