"This house is wonderful. Centrally located, roomy, and in a great neighborhood. If you read comments about water pressure that has been resolved. The pool is heated and a nice addition Go out in the backyard early 7:15an to watch the hot air balloons. Also a great morning and evening view from the rooftop patio. We had some minor issues but Jose responded very promptly I highly recommend. Would love to stay again"

"First, I have always been a “let’s just get a hotel” person after a few questionable rental experiences, but this fully changed my mind. Great communication from the host and seamless check-in. House was above and beyond expectations, with great local character and gorgeous art. Thoughtful details like easy instructions for everything in the house, cozy outdoor blankets for the chairs on the patio, and much needed coffee. Highly recommend for anything that brings you to the Albuquerque/Rio...

"Very cute and cozy house, down the street from sawmill. The sawmill, dinosaur museum, science museum are just a short walk through a beautiful park. Loved staying there!"

"This home is in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to most locations in town. The views of the sunrise over the mountain are beautiful. The bed (we only used master) was very comfortable with nice linens. We ate out so didnt make use of thw kitchen like we could have except for coffee maker. A New Mexico travel guide was left which was very thoughtful. In the morning one can see the hot air balloons travel over the neighborhood. In general, we loved New Mexico, the sites, restaurants...
