“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort.
Before booking the tent, I specifically called and asked whether it included a heater because I was traveling with my 6-year-old child. The person I spoke with assured me that the tent had a heater and all the amenities we would need. At $150 per night, I trusted that information and made the reservation.
When we arrived around 8:00 p.m., we discovered that the tent had none of the amenities we were promised. There was no heater,……

“We stayed in a yurt. It was very comfortable for three people. A bunk bed and one-man cot were provided. Bring your own bedding. (We liked the fact that it had a small fridge, coffee machine, heater, and fan. The designated grill for the yurt was a PLUS for cooking/grilling purposes. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. “The cabin was a fun escape from our usual hotel stays on our trips. It was quaint but enough space for us all. The cabin we stayed in had two bunk beds so it could sleep a family of 6. We really enjoyed the fire pit and eating dinner on our picnic bench. We didn’t get to enjoy the pizza they have on site which they make on the weekends only but it was a great place to stay not too far from Lassen.”

He lives on the property, in a house, just up the hill from the cottage. There was a cute built-in desk where I spent some time writing. Lots of trails nearby for humans and dogs. A beautiful area!
