“The treetop bungalow was adorable. My 5 year old daughter thought it was the most magical “rainbow flower house”. Clean, colorful, quiet and cool in the shade of the trees, we had a relaxing stay. It was close to many great places to eat, parks, and a short drive to downtown. Dru was a very attentive host, quick to message me with updates and check on us. She had Disney princess music playing at our check-in, which my daughter loved. Would definitely recommend a stay there anytime, especially if……

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“Convenient location. Nicely appointed apartment, comfortable for four. One bathroom requires patience and planning. The ladies would have liked another mirror. No problems with AC or appliances. Plenty of hot water, sometimes too hot.Parking was a concern but we had no problems. Being forewarned, the stair were not a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again with no hesitation. A fun trip to KY for the Bourbon Trail and horse farm tour. JLM”

“This is a perfect property for a weekend get away. Located in downtown Frankfort close to the Capitol building, restaurants, diners, bakeries, and distilleries. It is the perfect base to explore the Bourbon Trail. The carriage house was immaculately clean. The weather was very rainy and I asked for an old towel so we would not mess up the floors, which the hosts were quick to drop off. The hosts have thought of everything that you could need. Only thing I would say is if you have mobility……
