「This stay was the perfect hotel for relaxation, away from the madness of Funchal. It gave us a perfect base to tour the island. It gave us the chance to cover many levada walks and tour the island by car ( a car is essential if you want to explore).
The hotel ran many other sessions including rum punch making, wine tasting and botanical tours. The facilities includes a freshwater pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna as well as spa facilities.
Staff cannot do enough for you and the breakfast...
