「Great place and close to everything but if you are staying in the mixed dorms do not leave your valuables out. The door is never locked and people are in and out of the room all day both travelers and cleaning staff. My expensive earbuds that were on my bed were stolen out of the room when I went for a hike. Make sure you lock your valuables up, most people are trustworthy but there’s always a chance.」

「Joan is friendly and fluently speaking in english,which was really helpful when traveling in Portugal. The hostel is like a sweet home with good renovation and bright painting. The most important is the location is quite close to downtown both in historical and commercial area. 8 mins walk from Aerobus stop. This hostel also provides different kind of room type to meet all kinds of traveler's need. A lovely hostel and a very nice accommodation experience.」

「Não gostei do hostel. Mal conservado, chão de madeira muito barulhento, sem isolamento acustico nenhum ( dava para ouvir tudo que acontecia no hostel) péssimo travesseiro ( muito pequeno), boa instalação da Cozinha, poucos banheiros e mal conservados. As atendentes foram o ponto positivo.」
